Volkswagen 2.0L TDI. The Rapid Power module is the safest and longest lasting module on the market.
The Rapid Power Module for the ‘09 Volkswagen is adjustable on-the-fly with two adjustable power
levels: + 10 and +15 horsepower. The Rapid Power module also comes with free technical support, just
call: 1-866-285-5936.
This instruction set outlines how to install and operate the Rapid Power module on the Volkswa-
gen 2.0L TDI 2009. Always remember to remove the module from the vehicle before taking it in for any
kind of service as the module may interfere.
Bully Dog recommends installing a pyrometer gauge to monitor exhaust gas temperature when using
any product to increase horsepower.

Volkswagen Cabriolet DIY Guide Swapping an Auto Transmission with a Manuall Transmission
Well, I went and did it!
The automatic was getting weaker by the day and with a 3-day weekend coming up, I decided it was time to swap the
automatic transmission for a manual. I’ve been looking at doing this for over a year and had gathered all the info and
parts I needed. Interestingly enough, if you do a search on Vortex you’ll find numerous threads that mention swaps,
some that even list most of what has to be done but NONE are comprehensive. So this post will be long and complete.
The short story is, it’s a pleasure to drive now. Handles quicker, accelerates better (duh!) and is more of a GTI than ever.
Even mileage appears to be better. I figure I removed 150-200 pounds of auto related crap from the car and put in only
100. And I lost 10 lbs. myself doing it!
It took two days by myself; nothing hard, some a little frustrating.

Gotech MFI is suitable for most four stroke petrol engines from one to eight
cylinders. MFI stands for Micro Fuel Injection. Don’t be fooled by the “micro”
part of the name. Considering the features of this unit, it could just as well been
named “Mighty Fuel Injection” The Gotech MFI ecu can be used on normally
aspirated or charged vehicles boosting up to 1.5 bar boost (+ - 21psi). A 3 bar

Gotech MFI is suitable for most four stroke petrol engines from one to eight
cylinders. MFI stands for Micro Fuel Injection. Don’t be fooled by the “micro”
part of the name. Considering the features of this unit, it could just as well been
named “Mighty Fuel Injection” The Gotech MFI ecu can be used on normally
aspirated or charged vehicles boosting up to 1.5 bar boost (+ - 21psi). A 3 bar
(+- 42psi) map sensor is available on request.

Volkswagen iPod Adapter Owner's Manual

INTRODUCTION
Precision Interface Electronics (PIE) has released a new line of VW iPod interfaces that allow you to interface
your iPod or iPod Mini directly to the OEM (factory) radio in your Volkswagen Group Vehicle. Using this
interface, the iPod will take the place of the VW CD Changer, noted you will see the difference in
operations. The radio will be able to directly access your playlist (s), just like changing disc. If any playlist
contain more than 100 tracks, the tracks will be divided into sub-folder of 100 tracks each. These folders are
referred to as “BANKS”.
The CD Changer function of the radio will be utilized to operate the iPod, allowing you to benefit from:
1. Direct connection of the iPod to VW vehicle audio system for optimum sound quality
2. Control iPod playback with the CD Changer buttons on the VW radio
3. Direct access and control of up to 6 favorite playlist
4. Charges the iPod internal battery
5. Plug-n-play: includes installation cable, interface and owner’s manual
